House Rules

To ensure Friend Campqurry remains a calm, relaxing environment for all our guests—and a healthy environment for our plants—we ask that you observe the following house rules while visiting the café and nursery.

1. Look with Your Eyes, Not Your Hands

While we encourage you to admire our botanical collection, please refrain from handling the delicate foliage. Natural oils from human hands can damage certain leaf structures. If you would like to inspect a plant for purchase, please ask a staff member for assistance.

2. The "Laptop-Free" Zone

We love our remote workers! However, the Greenhouse seating area is reserved as a screen-free zone for reading, conversing, and relaxing. Laptops and tablets are welcome in the main Front Café area.

3. Pet Policy

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the outdoor patio area only. Many of the rare tropical plants in our indoor nursery are highly toxic to pets if ingested, so we strictly prohibit non-service animals inside the building.

4. Outside Food and Drink

Please do not bring outside food or beverages into the café. We offer a robust menu of locally baked goods and artisanal beverages for your enjoyment.

5. Photography

Casual smartphone photography is always welcome! We love seeing the space through your eyes. However, professional photography, equipment (tripods, lighting), and commercial shoots require prior written permission. Please reach out to management via our Contact Page for rates and scheduling.
