Welcome to Friend Campqurry. By accessing our website, visiting our café and nursery, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

2. Product Accuracy and Plant Life

We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products and plants as accurately as possible. However, because plants are living organisms, slight variations in size, shape, and color are natural and expected. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or other material purchased will exactly match historical photographs.

3. Return Policy (Plants & Goods)

Live plants are eligible for a replacement or store credit within 7 days of purchase only if an inherent pest or disease issue is identified. We cannot refund plants that have deteriorated due to improper care in the customer's home environment. Non-living merchandise (ceramics, tools, apparel) may be returned in unused condition within 30 days.

4. Workshop Cancellations

Tickets for botanical and coffee workshops are fully refundable up to 48 hours before the event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
